Community Impact
Our fraternity has initiated and implemented various programs that reflect our deep-rooted commitment to uplifting those around us. These initiatives, characterized by their creativity, have addressed pertinent community challenges, making a tangible difference in our communities.
Fall 2024: National Hispanic Institute
The National Hispanic Institute creates experiences that engage achieving high school and collegiate youth in community leadership roles that advance our quality of life.
NHI provides its youth with a continuum of leadership programs that include the Great Debate, the Lorenzo de Zavala Youth Legislative Session, the Collegiate World Series, and the Collegiate Leadership Network.
With the shared mission of developing leaders, this partnership helps both organizations reach its goals.

Nuestra America Initiative occurs during our Spring semester. The name of the Nuestra America Initiative is inspired by the writings of a fraternal pillar, Don José Martí. The program allows Brothers to fundraise for multiple causes ranging from local to international every year. Some of the recent non-profits are: G.O.A.L. in Denton, Texas, Second Harvest in Tennessee, Border Angels in California, Centerville Immigration Forum in NYC and various other non-profits over the last 3 years.
